4 (16 oz) cans peach halves, in light syrup
2 cups sugar
1 cup cider vinegar
3 cinnamon sticks
2 tsp whole allspice and cloves

Bring ingredients to a boil in a large pot. Reduce heat and gently boil for 20-30 minutes, until liquid is slightly thickened. Divide peaches among 3 pint jars. Add 1 of the cinnamon sticks to each jar. Pour hot liquid over peaches. Cool, cover and refrigerate.
