1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup flour
1 cup chicken broth
1 1/2 tsp minced garlic
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp rosemary
2 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper, to taste
Cooked noodles or rice

Heat oil in a skillet. Dredge the chicken in the flour. Add to the pan and brown on both sides. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add the broth and next 3 ingredients. Allow the liquid to reduce (as the chicken finishes to simmer) over medium-high heat until it reaches a sauce-like consistency. Check the seasoning. Serve warm over cooked noodles. Serves 4
