1 tbsp paprika and salt
1 tsp cayenne powder, onion powder, black pepper and crushed red pepper
2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp celery salt, chili powder and dry cumin
Combine ingredients and mix well. Sprinkle generously on meat and rub it in. Let sit at least 30 minutes before cooking.
