1 cup salad oil and butter
1 cup sugar and packed brown sugar
1 egg
3 tsp vanilla extract
3 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp salt, baking soda and cream of tartar
1 cup quick oats, coconut, rice krispies and chocolate chips
Cream together first 6 ingredients. Add dry ingredients. Fold in last 4 ingredients. Drop by teaspoonful onto a greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
