2 (4-6 oz) salmon fillets
4 slices sour dough bread, toasted
3 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
1 tsp capers
Lettuce and sweet onions slices
Combine mayo, dill and capers; set aside in the refrigerator. Grill salmon 7-8 minutes per inch of thickness. Grill bread and spread with mayo mixture. Top with salmon. Stack with lettuce and onion rings. Serve.
