1/3 cup olive oil
1 small yellow onion, diced
1 tbsp Brisket Rib Rub (in recipe file)
12 oz can beer, not Lite Beer
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp cracked black pepper
1 tsp coarse kosher salt
1/2 tsp ground cayene pepper

In a medium saucepan, saute onions and garlic in olive oil until tender. Add remaiing ingredients and bring to a simmer. Cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.
