1 lb ground pork
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 tsp salt
1 (8 oz) can refried beans
1/2 cup mild or hot taco sauce
4 oz cubed or shredded Monterey jack cheese
Tortilla chips
Brown pork and onions. Drain and reduce heat. Add salt; stir in beans and sauce. Cook slowly for 5 minutes. Stir in cheese until melted. Serve hot with chips.
