5 cups apples or 7 or 8 peaches
3/4 cup sugar
4 tbsp flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup cream

Slice apples into large bowl. Mix flour, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, sugar except 1 tbsp and salt into apples. Mix well. Stand apples in rows around pastry lined pie tin. Pour cream over apples and sprinkle 1 tbsp sugar, 1/4 tsp cinnamon on top. Bake 400 for 50-60 minutes.
