3 cups hot mashed potatoes
1 can French onion rings
1 (16 oz) pkg frozen mixed vegetables, thawed and drained
1 1/2 tsp mustard
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups cubed cooked chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup milk
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Preheat oven to 375. In a bowl, combine potatoes, half the onion rings and half the cheese. Mix thoroughly. Spoon into a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole spread across bottom and up sides to form a shell. In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients and pour into potato shell. Bake, uncovered 30 minutes or until heated through. Top with remaining cheese and onions, bake, uncovered, 3 minutes or until brown. Serves 4-6
