1 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup sugar and packed brown sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp Salt and pepper, to taste
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups rolled oats (not quick cooking)
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1 cup butterscotch chips
1.2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup flaked coconut

Beat butter for 30 seconds. Add sugars, baking soda and salt. Beat until mixture is creamy. Beat in the eggs and vanilla until combined

Add the flour and beat until mixture is combined. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Drop dough by rounded tspfuls 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes or until cookies are lightly browned. Remove to wire rack to cool.
