1 garlic clove, halved
8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 tsp EACH salt and pepper
2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp hot sauce
1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
6 oz can crabmeat, drained and picked through to clean
2-3 tbsp milk

Rub sides of medium bowl with cut sides of garlic; discard. Combine cream cheese and next 6 ingredients. Add milk, 1 tbsp at a time, until desired consistence. Serve with crackers or vegetables.
