1 lb ground chicken or turkey
1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 eggs
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1/2 tsp basil and salt
1/4 tsp pepper

2 tbsp vegetable oil

In a large bowl, combine ingredients and form into 1 1/2 inch meatballs. In a large skillet, thoroughly brown on all sides in vegetable oil; drain fat.

Simmer in desired sauce, covered, 20-25 minutes or until meatballs are thoroughly cooked.

Serve over hot, cooked pasta, your choice.
