1 1/2 cups sour cream
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp finely minced onion or green onion
1/2 cup coarsely chopped watercress
4 tbsp pesto
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper, to taste
Blend together and chill in the refrigerator at least 4 hours. Serve with fresh and lightly blanched vegetables such as carrots, green beans, red pepper strips, yellow squash, broccoli.
