8 long beef hot dogs
1 (12 oz) bottle Guinness stout or dark ale beer
8 extra-long hot dog buns, toasted
2 cups beef and bean chili, heated
1/2 cup shredded provolone and cheddar cheeses, mixed together
2 cups drained sauerkraut, heated

Pierce hot dogs in a few places with fork. Place in resealable bag and add beer. Seal; refrigerate overnight.

Prepare outdoor grill or preheat stove top grill pan. Drain hot dog; pat dry. Cook on grill, turning occasionally, until nicely browned, about 4-5 minutes. Place in buns, top with chili, cheese mixture and sauerkraut.
