6 large sourdough buns
2 cups boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and diced
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
6 clove garlic, pressed
1 (10 oz) pkg chopped frozen spinach, thawed and pressed dry
Preheat oven to 350. Slice the top off of each bun, saving the tops. Hollow out each bun, leaving a shell. In a medium bowl, combine ingredients and spoon mixture into the bun, packing tightly; cop with bun tops. Wrap each bun tightly in foil and bake for 20 minutes. Serves 6
