1 (12 oz) pkg manicotti noodles, cooked as directed

Filling
1 (15 1/2 oz) can pink salmon, drained and bones removed
1 (10 oz) pkg frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
1/2 lb ricotta cheese
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Sauce
2 1/2 tbsp flour
1 tsp dill, crumbled
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups milk
2 tbsp lemon juice

Sauce: Blend flour and milk until smooth, adding seasonings and cook, stirring constantly, until it thickens. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice. Continue to cook until it thickens.

Mash salmon and combine with filling ingredients. Fill manicotti with mixture. Cover bottom of shallow baking dish with small amount of sauce. Arrange manicotti over it. Top with remaining sauce and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
