1 lb shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 (3 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp ground red pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 – 1/3 cup beer
Process first 3 ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Gradually add remaining ingredients. Refrigerate about 2 hours, until firm enough to shape into a ball. Place into a bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with celery sticks, crackers or French bread slices.
