Chocolate Layer
1 1/4 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup heavy whipping cream
6 oz chocolate crumb crust
Peanut Layer
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter and packed brown sugar
2/3 cup crushed peanut brittle
Garnish
Whipped cream, coarsely broken peanut brittle
Chocolate layer: Melt chocolate with 1/4 cup cream. Stir until smooth. Cool slightly. Scrape from saucepan into a medium-size bowl. Beat remaining ¾ cup cream until soft peaks form. Fold gently into chocolate until blended. Spread in crust. Refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes.
Peanut layer: Beat first 4 ingredients until smooth. Stir in brittle. Spread over chocolate mixture and chill at least 1 hour or covered up to 2 days. Garnish.
