1 (12 1/2 oz) can light tuna, drained and flaked
1/3 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp hot pepper sauce
1/4 tsp salt
2 cups diced fresh vegetables (a mixture of any of the following: red, green or yellow bell peppers, seeded cucumber, seeded tomatoes, scallions, celery and/or broccoli)
Crackers
In a large bowl, mix together ingredients and chill for several hours before serving. Serve with crackers.
