1 1/2 cups shredded cabbage
1/2 cup diced celery and cucumber (I like to remove the seeds)
1/4 cup chopped green and/or red bell pepper
3 stalks green onion, minced
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
4 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp prepared mustard
Paprika
COmbine vegetables in a bowl. Sprinkle with salt. Mix next 4 ingredients and spoon over salad, toss lightly. Chill. Sprinkle with paprika before serving. Serves 4-6
