2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp. sherry
1 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
1 can 8 oz. sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 cup seedless red grapes
1 can 8 oz. pineapple chunks, drained
2 carrots, peeled and shredded
3 green onions, sliced
Combine Worcestershire sauce, mayonnaise, sherry and sugar in large bowl. Add chicken, water chestnuts, grapes, pineapple chunks, carrots and green onions, stir to coat with dressing.
Cover, refrigerate for 30 minutes. Serves 4
