1 (28-ounce) package frozen shoestring French fries, thawed and divided
1 (16-ounce) container sour cream
1 (10.5-ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (1.8-ounce) package ranch salad dressing and seasoning mix
1/2 cup chicken broth or water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 (8-ounce) package shredded mozzarella and Cheddar cheese blend
10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

1.Preheat oven to 375. Lightly grease a 13x9-inch baking dish.

2.Spread half of French fries to cover bottom of prepared dish.

3.In a medium bowl, combine sour cream, chicken soup, cream cheese, dressing mix, broth or water, and salt. Spread half of mixture over fries, top with half of cheese. Spread remaining fries evenly over cheese, top with remaining sour cream mixture, and sprinkle with remaining cheese.

4.Cover, and bake for 1 hour. Uncover, sprinkle evenly with bacon, and cook for 15 minutes.
