Caribbean Ham Glaze

Ready in: 30-60 minutes
- 1/2 cup mango nectar
- 1/4 cup peach nectar
- 2 tablespoons crushed pineapple
- 1 tablespoon sweetened coconut flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 4 teaspoons cornstarch
- 4 teaspoons water
Combine all ingredients and slowly bring to a simmer. Stir occasionally until thickened. Transfer to a container and refrigerate until cooled. Brush over ham and bake until ham is heated through. Remove ham from oven, slice and serve.
