- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 jar (7 ounce size) marshmallow cream
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Place the butter in a mixing bowl and beat on medium speed with an electric mixer until the butter is light and creamy. Add the marshmallow cream and continue to beat until the ingredients are combined. Add the confectioners sugar and vanilla and beat on low speed to incorporate. Increase the mixer speed to medium-high and beat the frosting until it is light and fluffy, about 3-4 more minutes.
