  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 1/8 cup flour
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons canola oil

Combine the baking powder, sugar, and flour. Sift the mixture twice and place in a large mixing bowl.

Slowly stir the oil into the flour mixture. Cut the mixture with a pastry blender until it resembles fine crumbs.

Store the baking mix in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 6 months.

Use anywhere baking mix is called for such as pancakes, waffles, biscuits, etc.
