  • 2 cups shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 pinch salt

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Grease a baking sheet.

Combine the coconut, powdered sugar, eggs, and salt in a bowl and mix until well combined. Scoop out spoonfuls and roll into balls. Place the balls on the greased baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees F.

Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack. Store in an airtight container.
