- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 2 packages (12 ounce size) milk chocolate chips
- 1 package (7 ounce size) rippled potato chips
Combine the oil and chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on 50% power for 5 minutes (or longer), stirring every minute until the chocolate melts and the sauce is smooth. Dip the potato chips into the chocolate, coating completely or leaving one end uncoated. Let any excess chocolate drip off. Place the coated potato chips on waxed paper to set. When the chocolate is set, store the chips in an airtight container.
