- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 3 3/4 cups biscuit baking mix
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan. Add the egg to a mixing bowl. Mix on medium speed with a mixer until light. Add the milk, baking mix, and cheese and beat for another minute on medium speed. Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Place in the oven and bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour or until the top is golden brown.
