Ramen With Shrimp In Garlic Butter

- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined, tail on if desired
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 package ramen noodles (omit the seasoning packet)
- coarsely ground black pepper, to taste
- chopped green onions
Prepare the ramen noodles, without the seasoning packet, as directed on the package. Drain well. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a medium skillet over medium heat (do not let the butter burn). Add the shrimp and garlic. Cook, stirring frequently, until the shrimp turn opaque (3-4 minutes). Add the ramen to the skillet and toss to coat the noodles in the butter sauce. Remove the noodles, shrimp, and sauce to an individual serving dish. Sprinkle with black pepper and green onions. Serve immediately.
