  • 20 red potatoes, boiled and chopped
  • 12 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and coarsely chopped
  • 1 bunch celery, chopped
  • green bell peppers, seeded and finely chopped
  • habanero chiles, chopped finely
  • jalapeno peppers, chopped finely
  • sweet relish
  • yellow mustard
  • mayonnaise
  • chopped white onion
  • black pepper
  • seasoned salt
  • celery seed
  • paprika (for garnish)

Combine the potatoes, eggs, and celery in a large bowl. Add any of the other ingredients in amounts as desired. Mix gently to combine.

Cover the bowl and place in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours to chill before serving.
