1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1/2 cup Melted Butter
3 mashed bananas
1/2 c. chopped pecans (optional)
Mix until relatively smooth. Pour into greased baking dish or muffin tin. Bake at 350ยบ for:
Muffins take about 20 minutes
Bundt takes about 40 to 45 minutes
Oblong sheet cake takes about 20 to 25 minutes
Loaf takes about 60 minutes
Test with toothpick for doneness.
Serve warm or cold, as you like.
