  • 2 tablespoons dried basil
  • 2 tablespoons dried marjoram
  • 2 tablespoons dried oregano
  • 2 tablespoons dried cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons dried thyme
  • 2 tablespoons dried rosemary
  • 2 tablespoons dried savory
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Combine all the ingredients in a food processor or spice grinder. Process for 30 seconds or until the spices are finely ground.

Pour the seasoning mix into an airtight container. Store away from heat for up to 6 months. Use anywhere calling for Italian seasoning.

1/3 cup dried oregano and basil, crushed 2 tbsp rosemary 1/4 cup thyme, sage and marjoram Mix together and store in tightly capped jar.
