Category: Marinades, Rubs & Dressings
Prep Time:       Cook Time:       Total Time:

1 Tbsp kosher salt
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 tsp dried thyme
1 1/2 tsp dried rosemary
1 tsp dried sage
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder

1. Place all the ingredients in a small bowl. Stir until combined.
2. Rub the spice mixture all over your turkey, as well as under the skin, then cook as desired.

NOTE:
This recipe makes the perfect amount of rub to use on a 10-12 pound turkey. If your turkey is larger, you’ll want to double the recipe.
You can use fresh herbs instead of dried if you prefer; you’ll just want to triple the amount of fresh herbs compared to dried.
