2 (15 oz) cans pure pumpkin
2 (12 oz) cans evaporated milk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 ½ cups sugar
2 Tbsp flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp ground ginger
½ tsp ground nutmeg
½ tsp ground cloves
2 (9”) pie shells, unbaked


1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
2. Thoroughly blend all ingredients and pour into unbaked pie shells.
3. Bake 20 minutes.
4. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees and bake 40 minutes longer or until knife inserted comes out clean.
5. Cool completely on rack.

Makes Two Pies
