1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup (1 stick) cold butter
1 egg, beaten
3/4 cup grape jelly
1 2/3 cup (10 oz) Reese's peanut butter chips, divided
1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a 9" square baking pan.
2. Stir together the flour, sugar, and baking powder. Using a pastry blender, cut in the cold butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add egg and mix well.
3. Reserve half the mixture; Press remaining mixture onto bottom of pan. Spread jelly over crust. Sprinkle 1 cup peanut butter chips over jelly.
4. Stir together the remaining crumb mixture with remaining 2/3 cups of chips and sprinkle over top.
5. Bake 25 - 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
6. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cut into bars
