1 lb ground beef
2 tsp onion powder
3 tsp minced garlic
4 (14.5 oz) cans beef broth (58oz or 7.25 cups)
4 (14.5 oz) cans diced tomatoes
½ cup ketchup
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp Italian seasoning
4 cups dry macaroni
Garlic salt and / or garlic pepper, to taste
Cheddar cheese (optional)
1. In a large saucepan, add ground beef, garlic and onion powder.
2. Cook until the beef is no longer pink. Drain the fat.
3. Add broth, canned tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, ketchup and Italian seasoning. Bring to a boil and simmer for 8-10 minutes.
4. Add the dry macaroni.
5. Cook for 15 minutes.
6. Garnish with cheddar cheese, if desired.
