Grilled - Cajun Pork Loin Ribs

2 tsp chili powder
2 tsp ground mustard (dry)
1 tsp ground red cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp salt
4 lbs pork loin back ribs (not cut into serving pieces)

***SWEET AND SPICY GLAZE***
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/2 cup chili sauce
3 Tbsp packed brown sugar
1/4 tsp ground red cayenne pepper


1. Brush grill rack with vegetable oil. Heat coals or gas grill for indirect heat.
2. Mix chili powder, mustard, red pepper and salt. Sprinkle evenly over meaty sides of pork.
3. Cover and grill pork, meaty sides up, over drip pan and 4 to 5 inches from MEDIUM heat 50 to 60 minutes or until pork is no longer pink when cut near bone.
4. While pork is grilling, prepare Sweet and Spicy Glaze. Brush pork with glaze 2 or 3 time during the last 15 minutes of grilling. Discard any remaining glaze.
To serve, cut pork into serving pieces.
5. SWEET AND SPICY GLAZE: Heat oil in 1-quart saucepan over medium heat. Cook garlic in oil, stirring frequently, until golden. Stir in remaining ingredients; heat just to boiling
