1 cup shortening
1 ½ cup sugar
2 eggs
2 ¾ cups flour
1 tsp cream of tarter
1 tsp salt
1 tsp soda
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp sugar
Mix together shortening, sugar, egg and stir in flour, cream of tarter, soda and salt. Chill dough. Roll in balls the size of walnuts. Roll in mixture of cinnamon and sugar. Place 2” apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes -at- 350 degrees.
