GROUND PORK ,BEEF OR VEAL
MOZZARELLA CHEESE
HOT PEPPERS (OPTIONAL)
SPICES ( YOUR CHOICE) BUT I LIKE ROSEMARY AS ONE OF THEM !!!
ADD OTHER VEGGIES (OPTIONAL)

I HEAT MY OVEN AT 450 AND COOK THIS FOR ABOUT 1 HOUR DEPENDING HOW IN LIKE THE TENDERNESS OF EGGPLANT

SLICE EGGPLANT LENGHTWISE
COOK MEAT AND ADD SPICES (OF YOUR CHOICE)

IN BOTTOM OF PAN PUT SOME OIL AND THEN ADD TOMATO SAUCE , EGGPLANT , MEAT ,REPEAT THIS A FEW TIMES ENDING WITH TOMATO SAUCE ON TOP AND ADDING THE CHEESE TO TOP IT OFF...

PS:******FOR CHEESE LOVERS IN CAN ADD CHEESE TO EVERY LAYER******


NB:****One day my daughter want to make something different with our eggplant and decided to make this it was delicious!!!! This summer i went to Edmonton Alberta and Kamloops, British Columbia and shared it with my family!!! ****
