Makes 1 large or 3 mini loaves
1/2 c. veg oil
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 tables. sour milk (2 milk-1 vinegar)
1 c. mashed bananas
2 c. flour
1/2 teas. salt
1 teas. baking soda
1 c. nuts
Mix oil, sugar and eggs together. Stir in sour milk and bananas. Add flour, soda, salt and nuts. Let stand 20 minutes.
Bake 1 hour at 350 in greased pan(s).
