1 green pepper, cut into strips
1 onion, chopped
1 lb of meat, steak or chicken cut into strips
1/2 cup Water
1/4 cup Lemon Juice
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp ground oregano
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 tablespoon ground Cumin
1 tablesppon chili powder
1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
dash of Tabasco
1/8 tsp. Liquid Smoke
Place all ingredients in a glass bowl and blend well. Marinate in the refrigerator, for at least one hour before cooking.
Directions:
In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of oil and cook the chopped onion and green pepper until tender. Remove from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of oil and cook the meat until done.
Add the veggies and cook on low heat for 2 or 3 mins or until all is hot.
Spoon 1/2 cup of filling in a warm tortilla. Serve with topping of your choice.
salsa. guacamole, sour cream, cheese, etc.. for topping
