6 tablespoons light soy sauce
5 tablespoons dry sherry
3 to 4 tablespoons brown sugar
3/4 cup chicken stock
4 teaspoons sesame seed oil*
3 cloves garlic minced
red pepper to taste.
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1 tablesppon cornstarch mixed with a little cold water.
Heat until thickened..If it gets too thick, add a little more chicken stock or some water.
Mix with cooked Asian noodles or spaghetti
Add meat or veggies of choice
* I recommend toasted sesame oil because it makes a lot of difference in the taste.
For an extra bit of flavor, add a little
Spice Islands Thai Seasoning
