1 cup uncooked white rice
5 tablespoon unsalted butter
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped carrots
2/3 cup chopped green onion
3 tablespoons sesame seed
5 tabloespoons low sodium soy sauce
Cook rice according to package directions
Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat.
Add onions, carrots, and green onions
Saute until carrots are soft. Set aside
Heat oven to 350 degree. Place the sesame seeds in a shallow pan. Bake until golden brown. About 10-15 minutes shaking pan often to even color.
Lightly grease another skillet. Beat egg. Pour into hot skillet and cook as you would scrambled eggs.
Combine rice, vegetables, sesame seeds and egg.
Add soy sauce. Stir
Salt and pepper after tasting.
