Preheat oven 350
4 large bananas
1/2 cup white ganulated sugar
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups flour
Mash the bananas and mix with sugar, egg, and butter. Set aside
Sift together the baking soda, baking powder, salt and flour,
Mix the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients, being careful not to overmix.
Pour into muffin tins lines with cupcake wrappers, (or grease the muffins tins if you do not want the paper wrappers.)
Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 20 minutes..Enjoy!!
Makes about 18 muffins
