1 2pound piece of braunschweiger
1 8oz package of cream cheese
1 8 oz carton of sour cream
2 rounded tablespoons of mayonnaise
1 envelope of onion soup mix
2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
ground pecans
olives

Have all ingredients at room temperature.
Combine softened braunschweiger with 1/2 carton of the sour cream, sweet pickle relish, mayonnaise and onion soup mix.

Form into desired shape

Combine the cream cheese with the remaining sour cream and spread over the braunschweiger ball. Sprinkle with ground pecans and garnish with olives.
Chill until firm.

Serve with assorted crackers or breads.

Serves about 30
