What is Pizza-Ghetti? It's spaghetti with pizza stuff on it, of course!
Ingredients:
• 1 package spaghetti (or other pasta) - should serve 6 - 8
• 1 jar spaghetti sauce or 2 - 3 cups homemade
• Mozarella, Ricotta, and romano cheese, (you can use the Italian mix)
• Your favorite Pizza toppings: Pepperoni, Italian Sausage (cooked), Hamburger (cooked), Canadian bacon, Smoked bacon (cooked), onion, olives - black and green, mushrooms, bell pepper, etcetera...
Preheat oven to 375. Prepare spaghetti as directed on package. Use this time to chop and prepare your toppings; they'll need to be in bite-size pieces, about 1/2 inch. When pasta is done, drain and rinse. (Normally you shouldn't rinse the spaghetti, but it'll be easier to serve and eat the "casserole" if you do in this case.) Return to cooking pot and stir in the pasta sauce. If it's too dry add a little tomato sauce or picante sauce, if you like spice. Spread out evenly in a buttered (or PAMmed) 9 X 13 casserole. Start adding your toppings, in any order except save the cheese for last (or make more than one layer of cheese, ending with cheese on top). Bake for about a half-hour, or until warmed through and cheese melted. Serve immediately.
Add a salad and dessert and it's all you need for a quick and very easy meal.
