2 sticks butter
1 chopped onion
1 10-oz pkg frozen chopped broccoli
2 pkg cornbread mix
4 eggs
12 oz ricotta cheese

Saute butter, onion, and broccoli. Set aside. Mis the cornbread mix and eggs in bowl. Add sauteed mixture to cornbread. Mix well. Add cheese, stir gagin. Pour into 2 prepared 9-inch pans. Bake at 350 for abou 20 minutes or until done.
