1pg Taco Seasoning
1/4 Cup Sour Cream
1 can (4.25oz) Chopped Olives
12 (8in) Flour Tortilla Shells
2 tea Veg. Oil
4 cups Shredded Chedder Cheese
2 Cans (19oz) Enchilada Sauce
Directions
1) Brown Ground Beef In Skillet, Drain. And Put Back into Pan And Add Taco Seasoning (Follow The Directions On the Taco Package)Then Add Sour Cream And Olives. Mix All Together
2)In A Skillet, fry Tortilla Shells In Veg. oil. Spoon Meat Mixture And Some Cheese Into The Center Of Each Tortilla. Roll Them Up, And Arrange Them In A 9x13in Baking Dish. Pour Enchilada Sauce Over Them Top With Remaining Meat and Cheese
3) Bake In the Preheated Oveb At 350 Degrees F For 20 To 30 Uncovered
