2 lbs ground beef
2 1/2 c. water
1 small onion, chopped
2 1/2 tsp salt
2-8oz cans tomato sauce
1 green pepper, chopped
2 small cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp pepper
2/3 c. sliced olives
1 1/3 c. raw long grain rice
Brown ground beef in skillet; drain off fat. Put ground beef and all other ingredients in crock pot. Stir well. Cover and cook on low 5-6 hours. (3 hrs on High)
