2 c. flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
2/3 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
2 Tbsp milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp lemon extract
Cream butter and sugar. Blend in egg, milk and flavorings. Blend in dry ingredients. Chill in refrigerator 2 hrs. Roll 1/4" thick and cut with cookie cutter. Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes.
